How do I return an item?




All returned products should be in the same condition as sold, with all literature, instructions and other documentation. Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

IMPORTANT

Products affected by regulatory requirements rending older labels and signs out-of-date are not eligible for exchange or returns.

· To return a product, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt and obtain an RMA number.

· Please return all products in their original packaging and include any instructions or documentation that came in the package.

· For your protection we advise you to insure your package and ship via a traceable method. HCL cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds on all returned items paid for by credit card or check will be credited to your account once we receive your return shipment in its original condition. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to hold a set-up fee on canceled custom orders that will be calculated at the time of cancellation.
