Shipping Carriers and Information

We utilize FedEx as our primary shipping carrier. This is to ensure you get your packages quickly, at the best possible rate. The standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is Ground Service - Approx. 3-5 Business days from shipping date to delivery. If you would like accelerated shipping, please select it when you place your order.

US customer orders will be shipped to a home or business address.

Customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please add 2 days to our standard shipping time.

If you require shipment to an international address, please call us at 800-421-6710 for a cost estimate.

Shipping Charges

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by package weight, size and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple packages. You will see your actual shipping costs at checkout.

Delivery Time

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it, and is comprised of two parts - processing time and shipping time. Processing and shipping time is calculated Monday - Friday. Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not classed as business days.

Processing time for your order is the time you submit your order to the time the order leaves our warehouse.
